We are looking for a self-driven and ambitious individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative. He/she will be working at our HQ in Thessaloniki, or working remotely from Athens (from home or at a co-working space). In order for you to be considered for the role, you need to bring an upbeat, positive and friendly attitude to sales and, most importantly, to be smart, creative and patient when talking to potential customers. You will act as an ambassador for Goodvidio. Your job will be to introduce new customers to Goodvidio and demonstrate how it can help them increase their ecommerce sales. It’s an entry level role which will give you the opportunity to learn and grow.
An indicative range of duties and responsibilities:
Growing a sales pipeline, from qualifying prospects to closing new customers.
Communicating with prospects via phone, email, and social media.
Delivering online demos of Goodvidio to stimulate interest.
Helping potential customers to get value during their free trial.
Achieving aggressive targets for outreach and sales on a weekly basis.
Excellent command of English (you should sound like a native!) both in writing and over the phone.
Persistence and confidence talking over the phone with people you have never met.
University degree in a business or scientific field.
A goal-getter attitude with a strong drive and focus.
Experience in inside sales for B2B products.
Understanding of ecommerce, digital marketing, social media, analytics and video sharing services (e.g. YouTube).
Experience working with CRM tools.
