The Operations Lead will be responsible for ensuring that the CareAcross engine works at full speed day-to-day. In particular, you will
analyze our platform’s performance
be the person behind our content
drive our outreach to members and partners
lead key projects.
Knowledge of basic HTML
Attention to detail and project management practices
Very fluent in English
Proficient in Word processing, Spreadsheets, Presentations
Familiarity with Internet technologies and platforms (e.g. social media, inbound marketing, content management, etc)
Experience in using Internet technologies and platforms to achieve ambitious professional goals
